You already have a licence agreement for the software itself. These terms cover the service — the website, accounts, and online activation — and should point at that licence rather than repeat or contradict it.
What you are buying
PLACEHOLDER — A subscription licence to use the software, not ownership
of it. State the term (monthly), what a seat is, and that a seat is tied to
a computer.
Your account
PLACEHOLDER — One account per customer, keep your password to yourself,
tell us if it is compromised.
Seats and activation
Each licence includes a number of seats. Activating a computer uses a seat. Reinstalling on the same computer does not use another one. Deactivating a computer returns its seat.
PLACEHOLDER — Confirm this matches what you want, and say what happens if
someone runs out of seats.
Renewal and cancellation
PLACEHOLDER — When it renews, how to cancel, and what happens to the
software when a subscription ends - your plan says the app returns to demo
mode. Say whether saved work stays openable.
Acceptable use
PLACEHOLDER — No sharing licences, no attempting to defeat the licensing,
no reselling without permission.
Availability

unavailable, and note that the software works offline once registered - so
an outage does not stop anyone working.
