Refund policy
Last updated: not set
NOT YET REVIEWED. A structure, not a finished policy.
Payment processors require a clear refund policy before approving an
account, and consumer law in many countries sets a minimum regardless of
what you write. Have it checked.
Try before you buy
The software runs in demo mode indefinitely, so you can confirm it works with your screen reader and your setup before paying anything. We would much rather you tried it first than bought and asked for a refund.
Refund window
PLACEHOLDER — How many days, and whether it is unconditional or requires
a reason. A generous, plainly stated window generates fewer support
arguments than a strict one.
How to ask
PLACEHOLDER — Say exactly what someone should send and where. Keep it to
one step - a single email address, no form to fill in.
What happens to your licence
PLACEHOLDER — State that the licence is deactivated on refund and the
software returns to demo mode.
Subscriptions
PLACEHOLDER — Whether a cancelled subscription runs to the end of the
paid period or stops at once, and whether part-months are refunded.
If it does not work with your screen reader
Tell us before you ask for a refund. An accessibility problem is a bug we want to fix, and we would rather make it work for you than take your money back.
PLACEHOLDER — Confirm you are happy to commit to this. It is a strong
thing to say and your customers will notice - but only promise what you can
actually do.
